Paris Saint-Germain od kilku lat wydaje mnóstwo na transfery. Celem tego francuskiego zespołu jest wzmocnienie składu na tyle, by nie tylko dominować w lidze francuskiej, ale i w Lidze Mistrzów. Jakie sumy wydają włodarze PSG na transfery? Okazuje się, że w ciągu ostatnich lat było to nawet ponad miliard trzysta milionów euro!

Nowa era

PSG zaczęło być rozrzutne po roku 2011. Wtedy to bowiem właścicielem paryskiego zespołu została katarska spółka inwestycyjna Qatar Sports Investments, a prezesem Nasser Al-Khelaifi. Wraz z katarskimi właścicielami zwiększył się mocno budżet – aż do 150 mln euro, i PSG zaczęło wydawać ogromne kwoty na nowych piłkarzy. Kupowali coraz więcej piłkarzy za coraz wyższe stawki, bo na rynku transferowym ceny za zawodników nieustannie rosną. Kluby wydają coraz więcej, by sięgnąć po kolejne laury. Jednocześnie coraz wyższe stawki są w zakładach bukmacherskich, które proponują lepsze zyski za wygrane, a do tego bonusy na start, jak np. Betclic bonus. To więcej niż PKB osiemnastu najbiedniejszych krajów świata… Lista pięciu najbardziej rozrzutnych klubów w latach 2010-2019 wygląda następująco:

  1. Manchester City: 1,638 miliarda euro,
  2. Barcelona: 1,525 miliarda euro,
  3. Chelsea: 1,428 miliarda euro,
  4. PSG: 1,392 miliarda euro,
  5. Juventus: 1,272 miliarda euro.

Od Pastore do Beckhama

Kogo kupowali Paryżanie za te ogromne pieniądze? Od przejęcia przez Katarczyków w roku 2011 dokonywali sporej liczby transferów. W pierwszym okienku transferowym z nowymi właścicielami wydali aż 107 mln euro – a rok wcześniej było to raptem 9 mln euro! Kupili wtedy m.in. Javiera Pastore za 42 mln euro. W kolejnym roku wydatki wyniosły już 151 mln, a skład PSG zasili przede wszystkim Thiago Silva i Zlatan Ibrahimovic. PSG zdobyło wtedy mistrzostwo Francji oraz dotarło do ćwierćfinału Ligi Mistrzów. W tamtym sezonie zimą do PSG przyszedł David Bekcham, znacząco podnosząc reklamowy prestiż zespołu. Latem PSG wydało kolejne 136 mln euro, a po tym sezonie utrzymało tytuł mistrza Francji, ale nie osiągnęło większych sukcesów w Europie.

Cisza przed burzą

Okienko transferowe latem 2014 roku było bardzo skromne w porównaniu z poprzednimi – PSG wydało jedynie 49,5 mln euro na Davida Luiza z Chelsea. Mimo niesprowadzenia wielu nowych piłkarzy, budowany przez ostatnie lata skład sprawdził się, bo PSG trzeci raz z rzędu wygrało ligę francuską. Ponownie też dotarło do ćwierćfinału LM. Właściciele z Kataru nabrali apetytu na więcej i aby przełamać barierę ćwierćfinału, wydali przed kolejnym sezonem setki milionów euro na m.in. Angel di Marię, który kosztował 63 mln euro, czy Juliana Draxlera, na którego wydano 36 mln euro.

Marząc o Lidze Mistrzów

Ponieważ kolejne nabytki nie umiały poprowadzić PSG do wymarzonego przez Katarczyków finału Ligi Mistrzów, w sezonie 2017/2018 wyciągnięto asa z rękawa. Za 222 mln euro PSG kupił od Barcelony Neymara. Wielka gwiazda piłki światowej przeszła do PSG za rekordową sumę transferową. Rok później do Paryża trafił Kylina Mbappe za niebagatelną kwotę 135 mln euro. W kolejnym okienku transferowym Paryżanie zostawili na rynku 95 mln euro. Trudno się zatem dziwić, że łącznie do 2019 roku PSG wydał ponad miliard euro! Marzenie o Lidze Mistrzów wreszcie było bliskie spełnienia – PSG dotarł w tym roku do finału, ale niestety przegrał w nim z Bayernem Monachium…

Nie ma mowy o oszczędnościach

Spekulowano, że pandemia wymusi na klubach oszczędności, ale nie będzie to dotyczyć PSG. Mistrz Francji w dalszym ciągu lekką ręką wydaje pieniądze na nowych piłkarzy. Kupił już w tym roku Mauro Icardi za kwotę 50 mln euro od Inter Mediolanu. A to pewnie dopiero początek wydatków!
